Wins the Best Film Award at the 1st Meinong Short Film Competition
We proudly congratulate Professor 張國甫 and the 張嘉哲 Team from the Department of Film and Television for their work 《依稀印象》, which won the Best Film Award in the College Category at the 1st Meinong Short Film Competition.
Led by 张嘉哲, a graduate of the 11th cohort of ISU Film and Television, the film guides audiences back to Meinong through the lens of memory, revisiting the emotions and longing tied to one’s hometown. With its delicate portrayal of land and sentiment, the work received high praise from the jury.
Upon receiving the award, 嘉哲 shared that during the creation of this film, he hoped to capture the feeling of “leaving, yet always returning home,” carefully recording the emotional connection between land, memory, and people.
“My sincere thanks go to our faculty advisor Professor 張國甫, all the members of our team, and everyone who supported us during the production process. This award belongs to all of us.”
